The second half of 2018 finished with 128 sales for the entire area of Hancock Park.

Here they are according to the price range:

- up to $1M - 11 sales

- $1M - $2M - 68 sales

- $2M - $3M - 20 sales

- $3M - $4M - 16 sales

- $4M - $5M - 4 sales

- $5M & up - 9 sales


The average price per square foot was $782, and the homes stayed on the market average 50 days. The homes also sold within 96% - 98.64% of the listing price.


The most expensive sale was 647 S Hudson Ave, sold for $10,500,000. The home has 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 8,500 square feet, and the lot size 40,600 SF.


 

As for Miracle Mile neighborhood, there were 91 sales as follows:
